Provincial People's Committee leaders inspect preparations for the groundbreaking ceremony of the Provincial Sports Complex Project

- On the afternoon of August 18, comrade Duong Xuan Huyen, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected the preparations for the groundbreaking ceremony of the Provincial Sports Complex Project (central stadium, multi-purpose gymnasium), in Dong Kinh ward.

During the program, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directly inspected the field work of preparing material and technical conditions such as: theater, tables and chairs, sound, LED screen, electricity, internet connection for the groundbreaking ceremony; work of ensuring security, order, traffic safety; plan to protect and control people and vehicles entering and leaving the event area; checking the program's general rehearsal...

During the inspection, the delegates discussed and clarified further preparations to ensure good service for the groundbreaking ceremony. According to the plan, the groundbreaking ceremony of the Provincial Sports Complex Project (central stadium, multi-purpose gymnasium) will take place on August 19, 2025.

Speaking at the inspection, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee praised the preparation work of the agencies and units. He requested: Agencies, units, and functional forces according to their assigned tasks continue to complete the remaining work, serving the groundbreaking ceremony well; readjust the scenario for introducing delegates; ensure stable internet connection; ensure security and order, traffic flow, fire prevention and fighting, healthcare ... At the same time, agencies and units have close coordination to ensure the groundbreaking ceremony takes place solemnly, meaningfully and successfully.
