NDO - On April 14, the leader of the Dong Dang-Lang Son Border Gate Economic Zone Management Board said: To ensure the 9th Vietnam-China Border Defense Friendship Exchange Program in Lang Son province takes place smoothly in 3 days (April 15, 16 and 17), procedures for exit and entry of people and export, import and export of goods through the Huu Nghi (Vietnam) - Huu Nghi Quan (China) international border gate pair will be temporarily suspended.

Accordingly, the Management Board of Dong Dang-Lang Son Border Gate Economic Zone announced the temporary suspension of entry, exit and import-export activities through the customs clearance area of landmarks 1116-1117 and the dedicated road for transporting goods in the area of landmarks 1119-1120 of the Huu Nghi International Border Gate (Vietnam) - Huu Nghi Quan (China).

The temporary suspension of customs clearance takes place according to the following specific times (Hanoi time): Tuesday, April 15: From 7:00 to 10:00 and from 16:30 to 17:00; Wednesday, April 16: From 7:00 to 9:00 and from 12:30 to 14:00; Thursday, April 17: From 7:00 to 9:00 and from 13:00 to 14:00.

Officers and soldiers of the Border Control Station and Huu Nghi International Border Gate carry out exit and entry procedures for people crossing the border.

The Management Board of Dong Dang-Lang Son Border Gate Economic Zone and relevant agencies of Lang Son province inform people, industry associations, and businesses nationwide about the temporary suspension of exit, entry, import and export procedures at the Huu Nghi (Vietnam)-Huu Nghi Quan (China) international border gate pair so that people and businesses can grasp and adjust the time of entry, exit and delivery of goods to the Huu Nghi international border gate area during the days of the Vietnam-China Border Defense Friendship Exchange Program.

At the same time, the authorities at Huu Nghi international border gate have regulated vehicles carrying export goods through this border gate to move to Viettel Lang Son Logistics Park to stop and park, without affecting traffic order in the border gate area.
