Lam Dong established 12 working groups to inspect and remove administrative difficulties at the commune level.

Recently, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the People's Committee of Lam Dong province have established 12 working delegations to 35 communes and wards in the province.

The purpose is to directly grasp the operational situation and support commune-level localities to resolve difficulties and problems in the initial stages of organizing the activities of two-level local governments.

Through field trips, the working group grasped the difficulties and problems at the grassroots level to find solutions.

For example, in B'lao ward, the ward's Public Administration Service Center receives and resolves up to 90% of the records but still encounters difficulties. Because on the National Public Service Portal, the administrative unit of B'Lao ward is shown as (BLao). This may be the reason why the ward's Public Administration Service Center cannot update the records of administrative procedure settlement on the National Public Service Portal.

The above problem was reported by the locality when the Working Group of the Standing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee came to work.

The head of the working delegation - Mr. Bui Thang, Deputy Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee - assigned the Department of Science and Technology of the province to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments and branches to review, resolve or make proposals to central ministries and branches to resolve the above difficulties and shortcomings.

Thereby, creating the best favorable conditions for the B'Lao Ward Public Administration Service Center to operate smoothly and effectively to serve the people.

Thanks to the close leadership and direction of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the People's Committee of Lam Dong province, the difficulties and problems in operating the two-level government have been recognized and solutions have been found.

According to statistics, at the commune level from July 1 to July 29, 74,563 records were processed and 54,931 records were resolved.

Of which, 53,422 records were resolved before and on time, reaching a rate of 97.25%; 1,509 records were overdue, accounting for a rate of 2.75% and 19,632 records were within the settlement period.

Regarding the results of administrative procedure settlement at specialized agencies of Lam Dong province, the total number of processed records (from July 1 to July 29) is 31,356 records.

Of which, 23,361 new applications were received; 7,995 applications were transferred from the previous period.

During the period, 17,376 records were resolved (of which 16,144 records were resolved before and on time, accounting for 92.91%, 1,232 records were overdue, accounting for 7.09%), and 13,980 records are under resolution.

As of July 31, according to the assessment of the National Public Service Portal, Lam Dong province is ranked 4th/34 with 76.2 points.
