On June 12, the Lam Dong Provincial Traffic Project Management Board said that through calculations, the total estimated compensation and resettlement support for the two expressway projects Tan Phu (Dong Nai) - Bao Loc (Lam Dong) and Bao Loc - Lien Khuong is about 2,821 billion VND.
Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway will connect to Lien Khuong - Prenn Expressway
The Tan Phu - Bao Loc Expressway Project, in coordination with the relevant authorities, Deo Ca Group Joint Stock Company (representative of the project's investor consortium), has counted the number of organizations, households and individuals using the land for which land is expected to be recovered, about 1,758 households, corresponding to about 5,043 affected land users; of which 301 households must be relocated.
In addition, to prepare for the project's resettlement, Lam Dong and Dong Nai provinces have also planned land funds and implemented preparations for investment in the construction of technical infrastructure projects for residential areas and resettlement in the localities.
The total area to be recovered in Lam Dong and Dong Nai provinces is 500.6 hectares (including 5.6 hectares of residential land, 434.7 hectares of agricultural land, 0.1 hectares of educational land and 60.2 hectares of other non-agricultural land).
For the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway project, Phuong Trang Group Investment Joint Stock Company (representative of the project's proposed investor consortium) has been coordinating with relevant agencies and departments to count the total area to be recovered of about 618.9 hectares. Of which, Bao Loc City is about 66.73 hectares; Bao Lam District is about 44.04 hectares; Di Linh District is about 292.54 hectares; Duc Trong District is about 215.59 hectares. The total estimated compensation and resettlement support for the project is about 5,779 billion VND. The cost of site clearance is from the State budget.
Implementing the direction of Lam Dong provincial leaders, the Provincial Transport Project Management Board is determined to start the construction of the above two expressway projects in December 2024. Currently, the board is actively coordinating with investors proposing the project and relevant agencies and departments to speed up the project progress as committed.
The Tan Phu - Bao Loc expressway project is about 66 km long (11 km in Tan Phu district, Dong Nai province; 55 km in Lam Dong province. The route is invested and built according to expressway standards (TCVN 5729:2012), with a design speed of 80 km/h. In the phased phase, the roadbed width is 17m with 4 car lanes. The total investment in the phased phase is 17,200 billion VND (State capital participating in the project is 6,500 billion VND, of which the central budget is 2,000 billion VND and Lam Dong province budget is 4,500 billion VND); investor equity is 1,605 billion VND and 9,095 billion VND from mobilized sources).
Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Project has a length of 73.4 km, starting at the intersection with Tan Phu - Bao Loc Expressway and ending at the intersection with Lien Khuong - Prenn Expressway; passing through Bao Loc City and the districts of Bao Lam, Di Linh, Duc Trong. The route is invested and built according to expressway standards (TCVN 5729:2012), with a design speed of 100km/h. The project has a total investment of about 19,521 billion VND in phase 1 (State capital is about 7,761 billion VND, of which the provincial budget is about 4,000 billion VND).
