Although this result is still modest, it has initially demonstrated the attention, leadership and direction of all levels and sectors, the dedication and responsibility of cadres and members at all levels in recent years. However, besides the important achievements in organ transplantation, there are still many difficulties, challenges and obstacles that have not reached the majority of people such as: Documents serving propaganda and mobilization work are still limited; the movement to donate human tissues and organs is mainly integrated into propaganda and mobilization campaigns to receive blood.

Meanwhile, the staff doing propaganda work are mainly part-time and have not participated in specialized training courses on knowledge and skills; people's awareness is still limited, beliefs and religions, the obstruction of family and relatives, and the mentality that death may have to be intact, so many people are still afraid and do not dare to register to participate.
