The first project of Sunshine Vietnam Co., Ltd. has investment capital from Singapore. The investor builds an outdoor furniture factory project with a total capital of 60 million USD and a production scale of 6 million outdoor furniture products/year and 1 million thermos cups/year. The company's goal is to have an annual revenue of about 80 million USD.

The second project, New Star Company Limited (USA) invested in a factory with a total capital of 30 million USD, specializing in assembling motorcycles and off-road motorbikes with a scale of 40,000 products/year, assembling golf carts and electric vehicles with a scale of 1,000 products/year, assembling 10,000 bicycles/year. The company's expected revenue is 50 million USD/year.

These projects will be invested in construction in 2025.

Dai An Industrial Park expansion with a scale of more than 410 hectares is implemented in two phases. Phase 1 has an area of ​​189.02 hectares, filled over 85%. Phase 2 with the remaining area. Up to now, the area has attracted 47 secondary investors, the overall occupancy rate is nearly 50%.
