Groundbreaking Ceremony of Aircraft Maintenance Technical Center at Long Thanh International Airport

Vietjet 's Hangar No. 3 and No. 4 projects, with a total estimated investment of VND 1,700 billion, will form a modern aircraft maintenance area that meets international standards and creates jobs for 500-600 workers.

The project covers an area of 8.46 hectares and includes: construction of a maintenance workshop capable of receiving at least 2 code E aircraft and 4 code C aircraft at the same time, an operating house, a high-tech equipment system and synchronous technical infrastructure. The project is expected to be an important link in the service value chain of Long Thanh International Airport. Vietjet aims to basically complete the project in 2025 and complete the entire project in June 2026.

Along with the projects that were started across the country today, this project contributes to affirming that Vietnam is rising strongly, confidently mastering technology, building an independent, self-reliant, creative and deeply integrated economy.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Nguyen Minh Hoi congratulated the groundbreaking ceremony of the project. At the same time, he affirmed that Dong Nai is committed to creating favorable conditions for the project to be implemented on schedule and safely. The province always accompanies investors to build Long Thanh into the leading international aviation center in the region.
