This morning, June 9, in Dong Ha City, Phuc Thinh Nguyen Martial Arts School held an opening ceremony and received the decision to recognize it as a member of the Quang Tri Province Karate Federation, operating at the Dong Ha City Karate Association. Dong Ha City Party Secretary Le Quang Chien; Nghia Dung Karate-Do Master Nguyen Dung Chinh; Provincial Karate Federation President Duong Manh Hung attended.

Phuc Thinh Nguyen Martial Arts School is headed by Mr. Nguyen Van Nguyen, 3rd Degree Black Belt in Karate-Do. The school follows the educational philosophy of Nghia Dung Karate-Do, which is modern and liberal. Learning martial arts helps people perfect their personality and morality, helping people become confident and mature.

More specifically, “The martial arts school is a school”, where martial artists learn and practice martial arts, ethics and other skills to guide people towards goodness, to do useful things for their families and society. The principles and purposes of Karate-Do are therefore to learn to improve health; to train willpower, determination, moral qualities, and manners to serve the development trend of the times; to learn to love people, to help each other; to learn to practice discipline, collectivity, solidarity, and kindness; to learn to have self-defense skills, to help the disadvantaged.

Phuc Thinh Nguyen Martial Arts School currently has 3 coaches and more than 40 martial arts students; has a training room and modern facilities and equipment for training and competition, meeting the prescribed standards.

After officially coming into operation, the martial arts school focused on doing well in training, coaching, and competing according to the national program; at the same time, it focused on teaching martial arts, courage in life, and the spirit of chivalry to help the disadvantaged.

Organize many extracurricular activities to protect the environment, charity fundraising campaigns to support people in difficult circumstances...; focus on training and coaching athletes to have confidence and courage to participate in Karate competitions in and outside the province to achieve high results; focus on improving the skills of young talents to introduce to the Provincial Karate Team, thereby contributing significantly to the development of the Quang Tri Karate - Do movement.
