Opening of the book exhibition "Proud of 80 independent autumns"

Delegates and readers view books at the exhibition.

With more than 300 documents and books carefully selected from the collection of Can Tho City Library, the exhibition systematically and vividly depicted the 80-year journey full of hardships but also very glorious of the Vietnamese people. The exhibition gave visitors a deeper insight into the "80-year journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness". The exhibition is divided into 3 parts: "August Revolution - A great turning point in the history of the Vietnamese people"; "National Day 2-9 and Independence Days" and "Vietnam - 80 years of steady progress", with an open and accessible display. On the first day of opening, the exhibition welcomed and served a large number of readers who are union members and youth in the city.

The exhibition is open to readers from August 19 to September 5, 2025 at Can Tho City Library, No. 29, Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street, Ninh Kieu Ward.
