Continuing the comprehensive digital transformation strategy, Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MSB) has collaborated with leading technology partners to organize the event "Humanizing Banking: Martech in Action," to introduce practical results from applying marketing technology (Martech) to the journey of personalizing customer experience.

Insider, as a technology platform & implementation partner of the Campaign Management Platform (CMP), has accompanied MSB in building, automating and optimizing multi-channel customer journeys, contributing to significant growth in outreach and conversion performance.

During the CMP implementation phase with Insider, MSB recorded specific results:

- 50+ fully automated customer journeys, personalized by segment and deep finance.

- Conversion rate from marketing campaigns increased by 20%.

- Online credit card registration increased by 86%.

- Online transaction rate from accounts and cards increased by 40%.
