Hong Linh Ha Tinh recruits former teammate of Keisuke Honda

Hong Linh Ha Tinh has recently quickly finalized the list of foreign players before the V-League 2024/2025. After two foreign players with good resumes, Geovano Magno and Noel Mbo, Hong Linh Ha Tinh finalized the third foreign player, center-back Helerson Mateus.

Standing at 1m90 tall, Helerson Mateus grew up at Brazil's famous Botafogo academy. The player born in 1997 played alongside famous Japanese player Keisuke Honda in the Botafogo shirt in the 2019/2020 season.

Before coming to Hong Linh Ha Tinh, Helerson Mateus played for Tacuary Club in the Paraguayan First Division. Last season, Helerson played a lot with a total of 25 matches for Tacuary Club, scoring 1 goal.
