More than 220 officers trained to collect labor market information

Over 220 trainees, including officers and investigators from communes and wards, participated in the training.

According to the leader of the Department of Home Affairs, the labor market is one of the key markets of the economy , playing an important role in local socio-economic development. Collecting information helps to form a complete and accurate database on the recruitment needs of businesses and the job search needs of workers, serving the planning of employment policies and the development of human resources plans in the context of deep international integration.

Labor supply and demand surveys have been implemented synchronously from the city to the grassroots level. Directive documents have been issued promptly, data collection software has been continuously improved, minimizing duplicate citizen identification, and improving the ability to extract multidimensional data. The police force has coordinated to compare, clean and connect data with the national population database, contributing to improving the accuracy and synchronization of data.

This training conference is organized to enhance the role and responsibility of leaders and officers in charge of labor and employment at all levels; at the same time, foster and update knowledge and skills for officers, civil servants and investigators.

During the program, the reporters were trained in-depth on the techniques of collecting and synthesizing labor market information, and were instructed on the use of electronic devices for electronic questionnaire surveys. In addition to imparting knowledge, the reporters also shared practical experiences and answered questions so that grassroots officials and investigators could effectively apply them when implementing them locally.

After the city-level training course, the Department of Home Affairs will continue to deploy 10 commune-level and ward-level training courses in clusters, ensuring that the entire investigation force is fully equipped with skills and knowledge, contributing to the successful implementation of the work of collecting, storing and synthesizing labor market information in 2025.
