According to records, most private schools have many exciting activities to welcome students back to school.
At Equest Education Group's Canadian International School and Sedbergh Vietnam, the schools will welcome more than 2,400 students for the 2025-2026 school year.
The principal and teachers went directly to the school yard to shake hands and welcome students on the first day back to school. Students got to know their new class, meet their homeroom teachers and practice some rules before starting the new school year.
The school representative said that in the 2025-2026 school year, the school has improved and deployed more than 500 new items from classroom systems, functional rooms, playgrounds to green areas. Including the construction and launch of specialized classrooms for STEM and AI subjects.
Regarding the curriculum, the school will implement a Chinese as a third language program for students who wish to improve their language skills.

EMASI Nam Long Bilingual International School also welcomed students back to school from today, August 11.
MSc. Le Ngo Ngoc Nam - vice principal of the school - said that in the first session, students were introduced to the new class and instructed on rules.
In the following days, the school will organize orientation sessions for students. Especially for new grade 10 students, the school will have counseling sessions to help them choose suitable subjects according to the 2018 general education program.
Meanwhile, BRIS International School will let students return to school tomorrow, August 12.
MSc. Ngo Bao Trung - Executive Director - shared that in the first week, the school will organize orientation sessions for parents and students to better understand the learning path and learning methods for the upcoming school year.
This year, BRIS has partnered with several universities to launch a leadership program that helps students hone soft skills through practical projects. The school also maintains a series of talk shows for parents, supporting them in raising children, career guidance, and family bonding.
At the Asian International School, students have been enrolled since August 1. In the first sessions, they were trained in school safety skills, especially fire prevention and fighting skills.
Master Cao Quang Tu - admissions director - said this activity is held annually for both new and old students to help them master how to handle many situations.
Despite starting school early, the school still held the opening ceremony on September 5 according to the general schedule of public schools in Ho Chi Minh City.
