Provincial Lottery Supervisory Council deploys tasks for the last months of 2025 - Cao Bang Electronic Newspaper

In the first 6 months of the year, the Supervisory Board and the Working Group regularly monitored the operations of Cao Bang Lottery One Member Co., Ltd.; directed and coordinated with the Company to strictly and closely implement the lottery drawing activities to know the results immediately; supervised and witnessed the daily cancellation of lottery tickets in accordance with the collective regime, in accordance with the State's regulations on the functions and tasks of supervising lottery.

The Council supervised 08 mixing and drawing sessions to reveal the results of 39 scratch-off ticket symbols with a total number of 1,950,000 tickets issued in accordance with regulations. Supervised and inspected the equipment used to draw and open the prizes. Strictly implemented the supervision of the collection, counting, and invalidation of unsold traditional tickets at the Company, the collection of lottery ticket stubs, the synthesis of revenue, and the daily payment of lottery tickets of all kinds. Ensured transparency, objectivity, and reality in lottery business activities according to current regulations.

By the end of June, the business revenue of XSKT One Member Co., Ltd. reached over 41 billion 372 million VND, an increase of 12% over the same period in 2024, reaching 55% of the plan for 2025; paid to the State budget over 8 billion 942 million VND, an increase of 33% over the same period. Implemented social security work with a total amount of over 20 billion 455 million VND.

In the last months of the year, the Council continues to strictly implement the regulations in the Regulations on the operation of the Supervisory Council, fully perform the functions and tasks of the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Council, and Council members to ensure effective and efficient operations. Strengthen the supervision of lottery drawing and monitoring of collection, counting, summarizing revenue, and paying prizes according to regulations, ensuring transparent and accurate information. Continue to propagate the directives of the Provincial People's Committee, the Ministry of Finance and relevant agencies on strengthening the fight against lottery evils.

Concluding the meeting, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Bich Ngoc requested the Supervisory Council to continue to seriously supervise the lottery business in accordance with the State's regulations; strictly implement solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of the Council's operations and the Council's Working Group. The Lottery One Member Co., Ltd. continues to carry out its political tasks in accordance with the Party and State's guidelines, policies and laws; strives to successfully complete the tasks and targets assigned by the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee every year, contributing to increasing the State budget revenue to continue investing in development; continues to pay attention to social security activities in the locality.
