Bac Lieu students get 14 days off for Tet

Accordingly, for civil servants, public employees and employees working at agencies and public educational institutions: Tet holiday from Saturday, January 25, 2025 to Sunday, February 2, 2025 (December 26, Giap Thin year to January 5, At Ty year), return to work on February 3, 2025.

For students of public preschools, general education and continuing education institutions: Tet holiday from January 20, 2025 to February 2, 2025 (December 21, Giap Thin year to January 5, At Ty year), return to school on February 3, 2025. After Tet holiday, based on the school year schedule, public education institutions proactively review and arrange appropriate make-up class schedules to ensure progress in implementing the teaching and learning program.

The Department of Education and Training of Bac Lieu requires education departments and schools to check and replace old and faded flags with new ones and to hang the national flag according to regulations for offices.

Along with that, the Department of Education and Training of this province also requires assigning and arranging people to be on duty and protect agencies and units 24/7 during the Tet holiday, strictly implementing the information, reporting and Tet duty regime to ensure smooth operations during the Lunar New Year. When special problems arise or unusual situations occur, they must be reported immediately to the relevant authorities for coordination and handling, and reported directly to the Department of Education and Training.
