Duy Tan University has been selected as a co-organizer of the 17th Tourism Policy & Strategy Management Training Workshop of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO, United Nations) in the Asia-Pacific region. The workshop will be held from November 13 to 16, 2023 with the participation of 49 delegates, including leaders, managers, researchers and experts from 19 countries and territories in the Asia-Pacific region such as: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Japan, Iran, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Myanmar, Vietnam, ... This is an important event for senior leaders of governments and public managers around the world in the field of tourism, and marks the first time UNWTO has organized this important event at a university, Duy Tan University, Vietnam.

With great trust and expectation in Duy Tan University's Tourism training, Prof. Dr. Mo Chul Min - former Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Korea also decided to come to the school to contribute to the development of Tourism human resources as Vice President of Duy Tan University and President of the School of Tourism (HTi) of Duy Tan University.

The ASEAN - Korea Cultural Exchange Week organized by Duy Tan University in collaboration with the Korean Cultural Institute in Hanoi and the Korea Tourism Organization in Vietnam right at Duy Tan University brought a new breeze with many activities connecting, exchanging culture and cuisine between ASEAN countries and Korea. In particular, 16 Korean artists from the New York Classical Music Society (NY CMS) had an inspiring performance filled with the sounds of classical music and Christmas music at Duy Tan University on the evening of December 16, 2023.
