Effectiveness of the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization"

The models and typical examples of “Skillful Mass Mobilization” are gradually promoting their role, being models that are spread and replicated in the movements of socio-economic development, building the political system, and maintaining security and order in the locality. The models have mobilized the participation of organizations, individuals and people of all walks of life, bringing about practical results, promoting the strength of the great national solidarity bloc to build an increasingly prosperous homeland.

People of Kha Cuu commune (Thanh Son district) actively participate in building rural roads in the mass mobilization program.

In 2024, the province will have 1,190 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models recognized, including 980 collective models and 210 individual models. The models are diverse in all fields such as: 495 economic models; 397 cultural and social models; 145 defense and security models; 153 models in Party building and the political system.

Thanh Thuy is a district with many models with great influence such as: In Son Thuy commune, 130 households were mobilized to donate 8,400m2 ^of residential land, perennial land, assets on land worth over 2.5 billion VND and 500 working days to build 4 rural concrete roads in areas 5, 6, 7, 8 with a total length of 4.6km; mobilized people to donate residential land, garden land, agricultural land, architectural objects, crops on land to build rural roads, intra-field roads in Dao Xa, Tu Vu, Thach Dong, Tan Phuong communes. Doan Hung district has the model "Civil mobilization house"; the model "Flag road of the parish"; the model "Security lamp", "Security camera", "Security key chain". Ha Hoa district has implemented the "Biomass Corn" planting model in 100% of communes and towns with an area of 500 hectares, yielding 50 tons/ha...

In addition to building the model of "Smart Mass Mobilization" for each sector and each locality, currently, some districts have implemented a mass mobilization program to mobilize the entire political system to focus on some communes and some areas that are still facing difficulties, contributing significantly to creating conditions for the grassroots to build a strong political system, support infrastructure investment, build new rural areas, and improve new rural areas. Some typical models: Mass Mobilization Month in Doan Hung district, Mass Mobilization Month for the government in Te Le commune (Tam Nong district), Mass Mobilization Month in Kha Cuu commune (Thanh Son district)... mobilizing tens of thousands of working days of the people and other forces to participate in building, repairing, and cleaning hundreds of kilometers of rural roads and intra-field roads; dredging and clearing the flow of irrigation canal systems; mobilize and mobilize socialization to build and invest in upgrading infrastructure and cultural institutions in residential areas, build and repair houses for poor households, install security cameras, build street lighting systems, "Bright - green - clean - beautiful" roads...

Mr. Ta Huu Nham in Te Le commune, Tam Nong district shared: From the mobilization of the Front Committee and organizations in the area, people actively responded and contributed labor and money to carry out mass mobilization work. Up to now, 100% of the roads in the area have been paved with concrete, 5.5km of lighting lines have been installed along the roads in the area and the construction of a cultural house has been completed as a place for activities and meetings, so people in the area are very happy.

The models of “Skilled Mass Mobilization” implemented at the grassroots level with creative and practically effective methods have contributed to improving people’s lives, building new rural areas, and advanced new rural areas.
