Responding to the call of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross Society and implementing instructions from superiors, the Red Cross Society of Ha Tinh province has just launched a program to support the Cuban people on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Cuba (1960 - 2025).
Accordingly, the Provincial Red Cross Society receives support from agencies, units, organizations, enterprises, cadres, party members, and people in the following forms:

The time to receive support is from now until October 16, 2025. The Provincial Red Cross Society will summarize and transfer all the support money to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross Society to transfer to the Cuban people to ensure the proposed plan.
The Provincial Red Cross Society hopes that organizations, agencies, businesses, cadres, party members, and people of all walks of life will actively respond to the program to share and add strength and motivation for the country and people of Cuba to overcome this difficult period.
