According to the company's report, KN Holdings Group currently has 2 energy projects in the province, including: Cam Lam VN Solar Power Plant Project, with a total area of ^629,260m2 ; KN Cam Lam Solar Power Plant Project, with a total area of ^656,033m2 . Both projects are implemented in Cam An and Cam Lam communes. Although the 2 projects have been in operation since 2018, up to now, the company has not been able to sign an appendix to adjust the power purchase agreement (PPA) to transfer the temporary connection point to the official connection point according to the planning approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade due to problems with the Khanh Hoa Provincial Planning. In addition, the company also encountered difficulties in carrying out land lease procedures to implement the connection line due to problems with the 2025 land use plan of Cam Lam district (old); Procedures for obtaining land use rights certificates for the project have not been resolved.

After listening to the opinions of the representatives of the units, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Trinh Minh Hoang requested the relevant units to study and quickly remove obstacles for the enterprises; assigned the People's Committees of Cam Lam and Cam An communes to review and carry out procedures to supplement the land use plan to create conditions for the enterprises to implement the connection line. Regarding the issue related to the issuance of land use right certificates, he assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to review land regulations, advise the Provincial People's Committee to send documents to the Government Inspectorate .
