FPT cooperates with Harvard Business Impact to develop leadership capacity for human resources

Under the agreement,FPT will integrate two leading training platforms of Harvard Business Impact - Harvard ManageMentor® and HBR Spark into its internal learning ecosystem. Harvard ManageMentor® is a comprehensive online learning platform with more than 42 in-depth courses and over 300 videos taught by leading experts on leadership, management, strategy and communication.

Cooperating with Harvard Business Impact helps FPT access training programs linked to real-world problems.

This platform is currently used by many of the world's leading corporations, including Fortune 500 companies. At FPT, the platform will support the construction of learning paths according to each role and level of personnel.

HBR Spark offers personalized learning experiences, AI applications, and micro-learning methods. With more than 25,000 resources including articles, videos , podcasts, and case studies, the platform helps connect theoretical knowledge with real-world situations, supporting leadership development and job application.
