Don't let your children 'bury their heads' in online games.

Summer is a long break, when there is no school, instead of resting or participating in healthy recreational activities, many children bury themselves in online games. Not stopping at just entertainment, children are drawn into online games and become “addicts”. This is an alarming situation.

Nowadays, accessing the Internet is quite easy. Children can play games at home using smartphones, tablets, laptops without having to go to the store like in previous years. This makes many children unable to control their playing time, gradually becoming addicted to online games. This situation is also partly the fault of parents, because they spoil their children without thinking about the long-term consequences. A neighbor of mine told me that her brother has two sons. The first one became addicted to games because his wife spoiled him, often lending him her phone to play games. Imitating virtual games, one day, the boy played the role of a knight to beat up his friends, and was caught and fined by the police. Now with the second child, she is the same, even buying a tablet for him to play games.

Some parents are afraid that their children will go out and be spoiled, so they just want to keep them at home. Therefore, children can only be friends with computers and smartphones, gradually leading to game addiction. On the contrary, many parents forbid their children from accessing online entertainment games. This further stimulates children's curiosity and determination to learn. In the digital age, such prohibitions sometimes have the "reverse effect". Therefore, instead of forbidding, parents should monitor and regulate the time their children spend surfing the Internet.

When children are addicted to games, it is very dangerous, easily leading to loss of concentration and poor academic performance. Not to mention the consequences of many children falling into social evils and breaking the law just because of game addiction. Therefore, parents should control and supervise, do not let their children get addicted to virtual games. Parents should spend time caring for their children so that they can have a fun, safe and rewarding summer./.
