Auto Service Day 2024 is one of many activities in the series of events of the Automechanika 2024 Industry and Service Exhibition, taking place in Ho Chi Minh City until June 22.

According to records, the maintenance area is about ^500m2 with 3 main areas: check-in and waiting area for free drinks, maintenance area, car wash area. Many 4-7 seater cars such as Mazda, Toyota Vios, Xpander... lined up waiting for their turn for a general check before entering each item for maintenance.

To avoid traffic jams and long waiting times for car owners, the organizers have opened a link to register for specific maintenance times in order.

Learning from last year's experience, the organizers added mobile car repair equipment to ensure convenience due to the large number of cars coming.

Mr. Pham Hong Thinh - Director of Vast Media Company - said that this year, in addition to organizing free car maintenance, the social networking forum specializing in automobiles (Auto - Hui) also organized workshops to provide knowledge about electric vehicles.

With the goal of helping workers and end users gain more knowledge and motivation to switch to electric vehicles, helping to reduce emissions.

In addition, there is a driver area that guides basic operations to operate the vehicle effectively, clean the vehicle's interior and exterior, or handle problems when they occur.

The free repair day also attracts many accessory manufacturers. In case the car needs basic hardware replacement, manufacturers also have free spare parts available.

The technician will discuss replacement and repair with the customer in advance after the vehicle has been fully inspected.

For vehicles that are damaged but have no spare parts available, technicians will recommend which devices need to be replaced so that the owner can proactively repair them later.
