Ao Dai performance "Women of the Capital - integration and development"

With the messages "Proud of Vietnamese Women's Ao Dai", "Charming Hanoi Ao Dai"..., the Ao Dai performance and parade activities "Capital Women - Integration and Development" in 2023 bring new colors, honoring the value of Ao Dai.

In the series of activities of the 2023 Hanoi Tourism Ao Dai Festival organized by the Hanoi People's Committee, on the morning of October 29, in the space of the "Determined to Die for the Fatherland" monument and the Hoan Kiem Lake walking street, the Hanoi Women's Union organized the Ao Dai performance program "Capital Women - Integration and Development" in 2023.

The photo series was taken at the Festival in Hanoi and submitted by the author to the Photo and Video Contest "Happy Vietnam - Happy Vietnam", organized by the Ministry of Information and Communications.

The 2023 Ao Dai performance program has the participation of nearly 1,000 delegates from central ministries, departments, and agencies, city leaders, representatives of several embassies, international organizations, families, Ao Dai designers, models, children and representatives of all classes of women in the capital.

This year's program is a stage performance by 600 members, women, and female students of the Capital in Ao Dai, expressing the spirit of "Community Ao Dai" representing women from districts, towns, and affiliated units in the city.

With the messages "Hanoi - City for Peace", "Proud of Vietnamese Women's Ao Dai", "Elegant and Civilized Capital Women", "Charming Hanoi Ao Dai", "Hanoi - Come to Love", the Ao Dai performance and parade activities "Capital Women Integrate and Develop" in 2023 bring new colors, honoring the value of Ao Dai in social life, honoring the elegant and civilized beauty of the Capital's women, contributing to promoting Hanoi as a cultured, civilized, modern destination, a safe, friendly, and attractive destination for domestic and international tourists. In 2024, the Photo and Video Contest "Happy Vietnam - Happy Vietnam" continues to be organized by the Ministry of Information and Communications in coordination with the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists on the website https://happy.vietnam.vn is open to all Vietnamese citizens and foreigners aged 15 and over. The contest aims to honor individuals and groups with positive information products, making practical contributions to the propaganda and promotion of a beautiful image of Vietnam to the world. Thereby helping people in the country, compatriots abroad and international friends access authentic images of the country, Vietnamese people, Vietnam's achievements in ensuring human rights, towards a happy Vietnam.
