At the meetings, Comrade Le Hoai Trung informed about the visit to China and the annual meeting between the two heads of the Central Foreign Affairs Commissions of the two Parties this time to implement the important common perception between the senior leaders of the two Parties and the two countries; exchanged opinions on advising the Central Committees of the two Parties on strengthening exchanges and cooperation on the Party channel, and coordinating to promote cooperation between the two countries in all fields.

Comrade Le Hoai Trung provided general information about the results in 3 years of implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Congress and the main directions of work in the coming time; congratulated the achievements that the Chinese people under the leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the "nucleus" have achieved in implementing the Resolution of the 20th National Congress, especially in the 10 years of the new era, China has recently successfully organized the Second Session of the 14th National Congress.

Comrade Le Hoai Trung affirmed that the Party, State and people of Vietnam attach great importance to and highly appreciate the positive developments in the relationship between the two Parties and countries in all fields, since the visit of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong to China and the visit of General Secretary and President of China Xi Jinping to Vietnam.

Regarding the direction for developing relations between the two Parties and the two countries in the coming time, comrade Le Hoai Trung suggested that both sides make efforts to effectively implement high-level common perceptions, enhance political trust, consolidate a peaceful and stable environment, promote and improve the effectiveness of cooperation in all fields; the two sides continue to increase high-level exchanges and contacts, especially between the highest leaders; promote exchanges between Party committees at the Central level and local Party committees, strengthen cooperation in the fields of economy, trade, transport connectivity, and coordinate to consolidate a good social foundation for bilateral relations.

The Chinese leaders respectfully conveyed the greetings and best wishes of General Secretary and President of China Xi Jinping to General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong; expressed their delight at the important, substantive and comprehensive progress of the relations between the two Parties and countries in all fields, especially after the two historic visits of the two General Secretaries in 2022 and 2023 and the agreement of the two sides to build a Vietnam-China Community of Shared Future of strategic significance; congratulated the achievements that the Party, State and people of Vietnam have achieved under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, headed by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong; and believed that Vietnam will successfully implement the goals and tasks set forth in the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam. The Party, State and people of China consider developing relations with Vietnam a priority in China's neighborly diplomacy.

Comrade Thai Ky expressed his belief that under the guidance of the two Party General Secretaries, the two sides will overcome all challenges, promote the development of each country, and contribute to the world socialist movement; affirmed that China supports Vietnam in promoting a greater role in the region and on the international arena, and raising the voice of developing countries in resolving international issues.

Comrade Wang Yi suggested that the two sides continue to coordinate to strongly promote exchanges and cooperation at all levels and sectors to be increasingly effective, balanced, and sustainable, better meeting the interests of the people of the two countries; strive to maintain peace, stability, and control and properly handle maritime disagreements according to high-level common perceptions.

During the visit, in Beijing, Comrade Le Hoai Trung also had a meeting with Comrade Ta Xuan Dao, member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Vice President of the Central Party School of China, held a discussion with experts from the Academy of Social Sciences and the Chinese Diplomatic Academy; surveyed the Xiong'an New Area, Hebei Province; visited and worked with the staff of the Vietnamese Embassy in China.
