After the incident, the company implemented a number of measures to avoid similar cases in the future, such as: reviewing and tightening internal regulations, especially the policy of prohibiting eating and drinking during working hours; issuing a code of conduct for the community, standardizing the behavior of all employees; strengthening internal training and communication, improving communication and situation handling skills; reviewing legal mechanisms and brand protection, in order to preserve the corporate image from unwanted impacts.
The company hopes that public opinion will be objective and not let personal matters affect the company's nearly 1,000 employees.
"We sincerely apologize for the unintended effects of this incident and are committed to continuing to strengthen internal governance and build a civilized behavioral environment to bring more positive and sustainable experiences to the community," the company said.

"The incident that happened that day made me sad and stressed. The job is inherently hard, time-pressured, and subject to unwanted situations. When I received harsh words, I felt hurt, not only because it affected my personal psychology but also because the profession in general is often judged incorrectly. Therefore, I posted the story to share and also hope that everyone will have a fairer view of our work," he wrote, expressing his wish for the incident to be closed.
Previously, the story was shared by the shipper on a social network group with the content of dissatisfaction with the customer ordering 30 cups of sweet soup, delivered to an address with a distance of about 4 km. The customer texted the shipper asking to write each person's name on the cup of sweet soup, along with a picture of the list of names of each person with the dishes they ordered.
Responding to the customer's request, the shipper suggested that next time the customer should split the order into smaller parts instead of placing a large order. The person who placed the order was also dissatisfied with the delivery person's attitude, saying that if he did not want to receive the order, he could cancel it and let someone else receive it. The male shipper replied that every time he received an order, he did not know the exact quantity before delivering it to the customer, so he clicked to accept this order.
The two sides argued back and forth and the shipper shared the story on social media, attracting many comments from netizens. After that, the person who placed the order got into trouble when netizens left negative comments, forcing her to lock her personal page.
