Representatives of Hoang Gia Phat Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company went to Thuong Nga commune, Can Loc district (Ha Tinh) to give support gifts to Nguyen Thi Hai (18 years old).

Nguyen Thi Hai was born without knowing her father, her mother remarried, and her grandmother passed away.
