Mr. Tran Van Hiep, Chief of Office of the Intellectual Property Office, said: Along with the strong wave of digital transformation taking place in many industries and fields, online training has become a popular form of training because it is easy to access, convenient to access and spread knowledge beyond borders. The Intellectual Property Office has innovated and improved the quality of services and training specializing in official intellectual property in Vietnam at the address: https://e-learning.ipvietnam.gov.vn. The training portal was built and completed in 2022 with the provision of training courses "Vietnamese Intellectual Property Law", "Overview of Intellectual Property" for the public interested in and learning the basics of the field of intellectual property.

The Intellectual Property Office plans to coordinate with competent agencies, organizations, and experienced intellectual property experts to expand advanced courses on topics of interest to society to improve training quality, provide more in-depth knowledge, and better serve the needs of the business community and individuals interested in intellectual property. Coordinating and taking advantage of the strengths of the parties to diversify training content and deploy advanced courses on the Online Training Portal will contribute to increasing the quantity and quality of human resources for the intellectual property system.

In addition to expanding the scope and number of courses, the Online Training Portal will also aim to build a learning community where students can exchange and discuss issues related to intellectual property. This is not only a step forward in improving service quality but also contributes to enhancing the image of the National Office of Intellectual Property in its role as an agency managing and supporting the development of the intellectual property system in Vietnam. New courses are expected to be deployed in the second quarter of 2025. With strong innovations in the coming time, the online training portal of the National Office of Intellectual Property will continue to develop, becoming a useful platform to disseminate knowledge and promote the domestic intellectual property ecosystem.
