Each plot of land has an area of ​​126-250m2. The starting price is from 694 million VND to more than 1.3 billion VND/plot. The total starting price of 85 plots of land is more than 91.5 billion VND. The above starting price does not include registration fees and other financial obligations when using the land.

Land lots with the purpose of use as rural residential land, allocated by the State with land use fees collected in the form of land use rights auction and long-term use.

According to the announcement, customers participating in the auction are households and individuals who are allocated land by the state with land use fees collected according to regulations.

In Dong Son district, on January 25, Thanh Hoa Property Auction Service Center will organize an auction of the right to use 207 land lots, which are assets of Dong Son District People's Committee.

Among the auctioned land lots, there are 123 lots (area 114-226m2/lot) in the residential area of ​​Dong Thinh commune, starting price 6.1-13.2 million VND/m2; 84 residential land lots (area 120-166m2/lot) in Dong Minh commune, Dong Son district, starting price 3-6.8 million VND/m2.

Auction method: Direct secret ballot in 1 round at the auction; ascending price method. The auction will take place at the hall of Dong Minh Commune People's Committee.

Next, on January 26, the company auctioning the above 85 land lots and the People's Committee of Dong Son district will coordinate to organize an auction of land use rights for 190 residential land lots (area of ​​more than 2.4 hectares) at the rural residential area of ​​Van Bac, Dong Van commune, Dong Son district.

The plots of land have an area of ​​95-365m2/plot. Starting price from 520 million VND to over 1.97 billion VND/plot. Total starting price of 190 plots of land is over 128 billion VND.

The above price includes technical infrastructure investment costs, excluding registration fees and land use right certificate issuance fees.

The current status of the land has been invested in infrastructure according to the planning approved by the competent authority. The auctioned land is intended for residential use, allocated by the state, with land use fees collected in the form of auctioning land use rights and has a long-term use period.

In Hoang Hoa district, on the afternoon of January 26, these two units will also organize an auction of the right to use 112 land lots, which are assets of the Hoang Hoa District People's Committee. All auctioned land lots are rural residential land with long-term use.

Of these, 23 auctioned lots are in residential areas of Hoang Dong commune, each lot has an area of ​​150-258m2. Starting prices range from 772 million VND to over 2 billion VND/lot. Auction participants must deposit an amount from 154.5 million VND to over 407 million VND, depending on the lot.

80 auctioned plots of land in residential area of ​​Hoang Dao commune, each plot has an area of ​​112-327m2. Starting price from over 799 million VND to over 2.1 billion VND/plot.

There are 9 other auctioned plots in the residential area of ​​Hoang Phuong commune, each plot has an area of ​​160m2. Starting price from 748 million VND to over 1 billion VND/plot.

In Cam Thuy district, 36 land lots owned by the People's Committee of Cam Thuy district will also be auctioned for land use rights on the morning of January 25.

The location of the auctioned land lots is in the detailed planning of residential land construction at a scale of 1/500 of Hai Dong residential area, Thuan Luong village, Cam Tu commune, Cam Thuy district. The area of ​​the land lots is 125-341m2. Unit price is 2-8.7 million VND/m2. Starting price is from over 336 million VND to over 1.1 billion VND/lot.

Thus, in January, Thanh Hoa localities will organize auctions for at least 630 land lots for households and individuals. The starting price for the lowest land lots is 300 million VND, the highest is over 2 billion VND.
