On the morning of April 17, the Provincial Military Party Committee organized research, study, dissemination and implementation of the conclusions of the 13th Politburo in the Provincial Party Committee and armed forces.

The training course was attended by nearly 130 comrades who are heads of the Provincial Military Command; leaders and commanders of affiliated agencies and units, and cadres and party members of the Provincial Military Command.

At the conference, cadres and party members studied and researched important contents, including: Conclusion No. 66-KL/TW dated November 15, 2023 of the Politburo on our response orientation to initiatives of major partner countries; Conclusion No. 71-KL/TW dated February 16, 2024 of the Politburo on a number of major tasks and solutions to implement the foreign policy of the 13th National Party Congress; Conclusion No. 72-KL/TW dated February 23, 2024 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 13-NQ/TW dated January 16, 2012 of the 11th Party Central Committee on building a synchronous infrastructure to basically turn our country into a modern industrialized country; Conclusion No. 70-KL/TW dated January 31, 2024 of the Politburo on developing physical training and sports in the new period.

Through studying, cadres and party members in the Provincial Military Party Committee will raise their awareness and responsibility, creating a clear change in the Party Committee, Party organizations and all cadres, party members and the masses in implementing the conclusions of the 13th Politburo. From there, actively build a strong and comprehensive agency and unit, "exemplary model", and excellently complete local defense and military tasks.
