Attending and directing the Conference at the bridge point of the headquarters of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies Bloc were Comrade Lai Xuan Lam, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies Bloc, and reporters: Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Manh Hung; Director of the Department of Political Theory (Central Propaganda Department) Doan Van Bau and representatives of the leaders of the staff departments of the Party Committee of the Bloc.

At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' bridge point, there were comrade Nguyen Dac Thanh, Chief of the Office of the Ministry's Party Committee, comrades who are members of the Ministry's Party Executive Committee; members of the Ministry's Party Inspection Committee; representatives of the Party Committees of affiliated Party organizations; representatives of the Ministry's Youth Union... The conference was connected online to 401 bridges, with the participation of about 20,543 cadres and Party members.

At the Conference, delegates listened to Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Manh Hung introduce the basic content of the Topic "Some major policies of the Party on digital transformation in the new era, the era of the Vietnamese Nation's rise".

Next, the Conference listened to Comrade Doan Van Bau, Director of the Department of Political Theory (Central Propaganda Department) inform about the topic "Revolutionary ethical standards of cadres and party members in the new period according to Regulation No. 144-QD/TW dated May 9, 2024 of the Politburo, focusing on "Exemplary implementation of revolutionary ethical standards in the new era - the era of the Vietnamese nation's rise".

Concluding the Conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bloc Lai Xuan Lam emphasized that these are two important, practical and very meaningful topics in the context of Party committees at all levels, departments, ministries and branches striving to compete to successfully implement the goals and targets of 2024 and accelerate and make breakthroughs to complete the goals and targets set by the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels, the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Bloc Party Committee and the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Party, in order to be ready to prepare the best conditions to continue to bring the Country to develop steadily in the new era.

In his closing speech at the 13th Party Central Committee Conference, General Secretary To Lam stated that the Central Executive Committee has determined that the summary of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee on "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently" is a revolution in streamlining and organizing the apparatus of the political system, requiring high unity in awareness and action throughout the Party and the entire political system.

Therefore, strengthening digital transformation and seriously and voluntarily implementing the Revolutionary Ethical Standards of cadres and party members in the new period according to Regulation No. 144-QD/TW dated May 9, 2024 of the 13th Politburo is extremely important, contributing significantly to raising awareness and unifying actions of cadres and party members in general and cadres and party members of the Party Committee of the Bloc in particular.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bloc Lai Xuan Lam suggested that after this Conference, the subordinate party organizations, especially the heads of the Party Committees, need to continue to thoroughly grasp the Party's policies and the guiding viewpoints of General Secretary To Lam on the basic contents of the new era, the era of the Vietnamese people's rise under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

Continue to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement Regulation No. 144-QD/TW of the 13th Politburo on ethical and revolutionary standards of cadres and party members in the new period.

In addition, the affiliated party organizations focus on disseminating major and key policies from now until the 14th National Congress of the Party according to Instruction No. 168-HD/TW dated September 23, 2024 of the Central Propaganda Department, in conjunction with disseminating the achievements and results of implementing the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term, the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress of the Bloc and the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress to cadres, party members and workers in central agencies, in order to strengthen the belief of cadres, party members and workers in central agencies on the path to socialism.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bloc requested that each cadre, party member, civil servant, public employee, union member, association member and worker in the entire Party Committee of the Bloc must cultivate, practice, and set an example in maintaining moral qualities and lifestyle to be determined to successfully carry out all assigned tasks.
