In the document, the Department of Education and Training said that, implementing the policy of arranging provincial-level administrative units according to Resolution No. 60-NQ/TW dated April 12, 2025 of the Central Executive Committee of the Party, Kon Tum province and Quang Ngai province merged into a new province, the political-administrative center of the province is located in Quang Ngai province at present. After the merger, many cadres, civil servants and public employees in Kon Tum province (old) moved to work in Quang Ngai province (old). Therefore, it affected the education of children.

In order to promptly implement the conditions related to the provincial merger plan, creating favorable conditions for cadres, civil servants, and public employees who wish to transfer their children to Quang Ngai city to continue studying, the Department of Education and Training requests departments, branches, organizations, agencies, and units to inform cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers who wish to transfer their children studying at kindergartens and general schools in Kon Tum province to Quang Ngai city to know and register.

Compile a list of students who are children of officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers under their management who need to transfer schools, and send it to the Department of Education and Training no later than April 26, 2025 to coordinate with the Department of Education and Training of Quang Ngai province to deploy appropriate plans.
