Ta Tong Commune Party Committee successfully organized the 1st Congress of Delegates, term 2025 - 2030

Ta Tong Commune is one of two communes in Lai Chau province that has not undergone a merger, still retaining its original administrative appearance. In the 2020 - 2025 term, the Party Committee of Ta Tong Commune has promoted the tradition of solidarity, constantly innovated and created, strived to exploit potential advantages, overcome difficulties and challenges, achieved many positive results in all fields, most of the main targets were achieved and exceeded. Agricultural and forestry production in the commune achieved many positive results, many targets were achieved and exceeded compared to the plan. The economy continued to grow, the economic structure shifted in a positive direction; the agricultural and rural sectors received attention, focusing on the application of science and technology in production. The total grain output of the commune is estimated at 2,767.05 tons; the average food per capita reached 366kg/person/year. The total livestock herd is estimated at 7,020 heads, an increase of 1,159 heads compared to 2020, an average growth rate of 06%/year; the total poultry herd is 12,475 heads.

At the same time, the commune regularly pays attention to education, training, and improving the political and moral qualities of cadres and party members; focuses on management, development, and improving the quality of party members; during the term, the commune admitted 65 new party members, conducted 23 inspections and supervisions. The culture and society of the commune have made much progress, ensuring that all people are cared for and enjoy the regimes and policies; preserving and promoting the good cultural values of ethnic minorities; people's lives continue to improve. National defense and security are stable, social order and safety continue to be maintained. The leadership capacity and fighting strength of the party organization are increasingly enhanced. The effectiveness and efficiency of state management have changed a lot. The role of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in building the great national unity bloc has been promoted.

With the motto "Solidarity - Discipline - Democracy - Innovation - Development", in the 2025 - 2030 term, the Party Committee of Ta Tong commune continues to strengthen the building and rectification of the Party and the political system to be streamlined, clean, strong, and comprehensive, operating effectively, efficiently, and effectively. Speaking at the Congress, Colonel Dang Vinh Thuy - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Commander of Lai Chau Provincial Military Command congratulated the results achieved by the Party Committee, government and people of Ta Tong commune in the past term. At the same time, he emphasized: Ta Tong is a border commune with an important strategic position, so it is necessary to continue to promote the role of the Party Committee, the participation of the entire political system, promote the spirit of self-reliance, strengthen national defense - security, link economic development with consolidating the solid people's position; focus on improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations and Party members; continue to promote the development of agricultural and forestry economy in the direction of commodity production associated with conservation and promotion of local strengths. Encourage people to apply science and technology, change backward production practices, develop in the direction of farms, raising livestock by households, groups of households, forming small and medium-sized livestock areas suitable to practical conditions. Focus on effectively implementing national target programs; strengthen mass mobilization work according to the motto "People know, people discuss, people do, people inspect, people supervise, people benefit". Pay attention to and take care of building militia and reserve forces, especially building a clean and strong military cell and a comprehensively strong "exemplary and typical" Commune Military Command, performing well in training and exercises. Actively advise and propose to build and consolidate the Commune Military Command Headquarters to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation. Maintain political security, social order and safety; proactively grasp the situation, promptly handle situations, avoid being passive and surprised, contributing to firmly protecting national sovereignty and border security.

The Congress announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Appointing the Commune Party Executive Committee consisting of 22 comrades, the Commune Party Standing Committee consisting of 9 comrades; appointing the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Commune Party Committee; Decision to appoint the Commune Party Inspection Committee consisting of 2 comrades. Comrade Ly Anh Sinh was appointed to hold the position of Commune Party Secretary for the 2025 - 2030 term.

The Congress also announced the list of delegates to attend the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, including 5 comrades, and voted to pass the Congress Resolution.
