Party Committees of Provincial Party Agencies: Confidently Entering the New Era

The Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies was established on February 10, 2025 according to the policy of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, with 21 grassroots party organizations and nearly 600 party members. Implementing the organizational arrangement, up to now, the entire Party Committee has 12 grassroots party organizations, with over 800 party members operating in specialized agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Provincial People's Procuracy, the Provincial People's Court, socio-political organizations and public service units of the province. With the sense of responsibility, awareness of setting an example, and the capacity and experience of the collective Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Standing Party Committee; The spirit of solidarity, proactiveness and creativity of cadres, party members and workers in the entire Party Committee and the close and timely leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, directly and regularly the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies have quickly stabilized the organization, affirmed their mettle, intelligence and flexible adaptation, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new context.

Since the beginning of the 2020 - 2025 term, the Party Committee has focused on innovating political and ideological work. The dissemination and concretization of the Party's resolutions and directives have been flexibly implemented, attracting the participation of a large number of cadres and Party members. The Steering Committee for Protecting the Party's Ideological Foundation was established, actively fighting on forums and social networks; the model of "Smart Mass Mobilization Following Uncle Ho" has brought practical results. The work of Party building and rectification has been focused on, the model of "4 Good Party Cells" and "4 Good Grassroots Party Committees" has been maintained and expanded; the quality of Party cell activities and thematic activities has been significantly improved.

The work of inspection, supervision and prevention of corruption, waste and negativity has been strengthened, contributing to improving the Party's discipline. The work of organization and personnel has had many positive changes, the exemplary responsibility and vanguard role of cadres and party members, especially leaders, have been promoted. The arrangement of the apparatus of agencies in the political system in the direction of "Refined - Compact - Strong - Effective - Effective - Efficient" has been implemented synchronously and seriously. Foreign affairs activities, administrative reform and digital transformation have made much progress, gradually improving the effectiveness of management and operation, saving costs and ensuring smooth information throughout the system. Following the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Party Executive Committee, and grassroots Party committees have proactively and successfully completed assigned professional tasks, contributing to the successful implementation of socio-economic, national defense and security goals and Party building work for the 2020-2025 term of the Provincial Party Committee.

With the motto of action "Courage - Intelligence - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies set out 11 targets and 3 breakthroughs to realize the following goals: striving to annually achieve the rate of Party members who are assessed and classified as having completed their tasks well or better at 95% or more; annually, 100% of Party organizations are assessed and classified as having completed their tasks well or better, 100% of Party organizations meet the standards of "4-good Party Cell", "4-good Grassroots Party Committee"; by 2030, 100% of Party organizations, cadres and Party members will carry out digital transformation and apply information technology and specialized software in performing their tasks; 100% of work records will be processed entirely online...

Entering the 2025 - 2030 term, our country is facing many intertwined opportunities and challenges. Lang Son province, with its gateway position and strategic connection point in the China - ASEAN economic corridor, has many favorable conditions for a stronger breakthrough. To realize the aspiration for rapid and sustainable development and successfully implement the goals of the 2025 - 2030 term, the Provincial Party Committee and Party agencies focus on 4 key groups of solutions.

Firstly, building a truly clean, strong, comprehensive and exemplary Party organization. Focus on strongly innovating leadership methods, promoting the spirit of solidarity, democracy, discipline and creativity, improving the effectiveness of Party building and rectification work in the new development stage. Continue to strongly innovate the Party's leadership methods in a scientific, substantive and effective direction, closely following functions, tasks and practical requirements; build a contingent of cadres and Party members, especially key leaders and heads, who are up to the task; promote administrative procedure reform and digital transformation in the Party...

Second, focus on leading cadres, party members and the masses to effectively carry out assigned political tasks. Party committees and party organizations closely follow assigned functions and tasks, promptly concretize the directions of the Central Committee, Provincial Party Committee, Standing Committee of the Party Committee of provincial Party agencies into specific and practical action programs and plans; strive to comprehensively complete and exceed annual targets and tasks. Strongly innovate leadership and direction in performing professional tasks associated with implementing 3 breakthroughs and strategic resolutions for 2025, focusing on: improving the quality of consulting and policy creation, promoting the application of science and technology, accelerating digital transformation and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of public service implementation.

Third, the leadership of the Party grassroots committees builds and performs well the political tasks of the agencies and units; promotes proactiveness in advising and proposing to the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee new issues and issues that need attention, especially in the work of building a strong Party and political system, developing the socio-economy, and ensuring national defense and security. Continue to lead political and social organizations in agencies and units to innovate the content and methods of operation; promote the role in propaganda and education work, organize emulation movements well; maintain the implementation of training and recruiting outstanding masses into political and social organizations; introduce outstanding union members to create a source for developing new party members...

Fourth, leaders launch effective emulation and reward work. Party committees of provincial Party agencies continue to promote their leadership role in organizing patriotic emulation movements associated with political and professional tasks. Promote emulation among cadres and party members, encourage innovation, creativity, and improve work efficiency. Organize peak emulation periods, appropriate topics; combine individual, collective, and inter-unit emulation. Build a transparent reward mechanism, promptly commend advanced models.
