The focus is on the Resolution of the 13th Central Committee, Session VIII, on the Strategy for National Defense in the new situation and resolutions, strategies and projects on the military, national defense and national defense fields; resolutions of Party congresses at all levels; the direction of the General Secretary on the occasion of his visit and work with the Corps on August 5; concretize and determine policies and leadership measures close to the characteristics of the situation and tasks of the Corps.
