The Party Committee of Thanh Hoa College of Agriculture was renamed from the Party Committee of Thanh Hoa College of Agriculture and Forestry when it received the Party Committee of the Vocational College of Agriculture and Rural Development from the Party Committee of the Bloc of Agencies and Enterprises of Thanh Hoa province.

After completing the work of perfecting the grassroots party organization, based on the assessment of the results of implementing the Resolution of the Congress for the 2020-2025 term of the two predecessor Party Committees, the Party Committee of Thanh Hoa College of Agriculture has inherited, adjusted and set out the directions, goals and targets of the Resolution for the 2020-2025 term to lead and direct the implementation in accordance with the new context and situation.

During the past term, the school's Party Committee paid special attention to enrollment and improving training quality. The school has enrolled 10,685 students, an average of 2,137 students/year. At the same time, it has built and reviewed training programs, registered additional vocational education activities, diversified training majors and occupations; built 2 new intermediate-level training programs, 4 elementary programs, 62 regular training programs under 3 months... Thanks to that, the quality of education and training has changed positively, and the school's teaching and learning activities have gradually become more organized. The average rate of vocational graduates is 95.81%.

Scientific research work has received attention and has had many positive changes. During the past term, the school has implemented 2 provincial-level scientific research projects, 13 basic-level scientific projects (6 basic-level projects have been accepted); there is 1 provincial-level experience initiative and 2 basic-level experience initiatives.

Taking advantage of the attention of the Provincial People's Committee, support from departments, branches and from revenue sources, the school has increased and added more facilities and equipment to serve training.

With the motto "Solidarity, democracy, discipline", the Congress focused on discussing and contributing ideas to overcome the shortcomings of the past term; set out tasks and solutions for the 2025-2030 term. In particular, focusing on a number of key tasks and goals is to gradually and successfully implement the "Project for developing Thanh Hoa Agricultural College to 2030, with a vision to 2045" approved by the Provincial People's Committee.

Strive to have 1-2 provincial-level scientific research topics and 10-15 school-level scientific research topics and tasks. Every year, connect and sign cooperation agreements with 1-2 new enterprises to meet the needs of training, research and transfer of science and technology...
