During the past term, the Fatherland Front at all levels and member organizations of Nga Son district have made efforts and responsibilities to overcome difficulties, actively innovated the content and methods of operation, effectively implemented 5 action programs and targets and tasks set out in the Resolution of the 17th Nga Son District Fatherland Front Congress for the 2019-2024 term, contributing to building and consolidating the great national unity bloc. Implementing the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas (XDNTM) and civilized urban areas", the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its member organizations have mobilized people to donate over 13,000 ^m2 of land, contribute over 73,000 working days; mobilized hundreds of billions of VND from the people to build rural roads and social welfare works. Built, maintained, and expanded 197 self-management models in residential areas to ensure practicality, efficiency, and suitability to the subjects and actual conditions of each locality; mobilized the installation of 805 security and order surveillance cameras...

The district Fatherland Front has chaired and coordinated the mobilization of the "For the Poor" Fund, which has raised over 11 billion VND and many objects to support the construction and repair of 198 Great Solidarity houses, support production development, help hundreds of poor students to excel in their studies, visit and give gifts to thousands of people on the occasion of holidays and Lunar New Year. Support for people in the flood-hit areas of the Central region, the sister district of Tien Phuoc, Quang Nam province (2020) with an amount of over 1.8 billion VND... Promoting the people's right to mastery, participating in Party building and government building is becoming clearer in terms of organization and implementation methods; social supervision and criticism activities are being implemented with increasingly strict and effective processes.

The Congress also seriously reviewed and frankly pointed out the shortcomings and limitations in the organization and operation methods of the District Fatherland Front Committee for the 2019-2024 term; at the same time, it proposed 10 targets and 6 action programs of the District Fatherland Front Committee for the 2024-2029 term with key goals, tasks, and specific implementation solutions.

Innovate and improve the quality of implementing campaigns and patriotic emulation movements in a practical and effective direction, focusing on residential areas, promoting the initiative and self-management of the community.

At the first conference, the 18th term of the District Fatherland Front Committee, 5 members were elected to join the Standing Committee of the District Fatherland Front Committee. Mr. Vu Van Hung, member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, was re-elected as Chairman of the 18th term of the District Fatherland Front Committee, 2024-2029 term. The Congress also elected 10 members to attend the 15th Provincial Fatherland Front Congress, 2024-2029 term.
