The 1st Congress of the Party Committee of Dinh Tan Commune, term 2025-2030

Comrade Vu Ngoc Thuong, Party Secretary, Chairman of Dinh Tan Commune People's Council delivered the opening speech at the Congress.

The political report presented to the Congress stated: Dinh Tan commune was established on the basis of merging 4 communes: Dinh Hai, Dinh Hung, Dinh Tien, Dinh Tan. Promoting the potentials and advantages of the old localities, in the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of Dinh Tan commune has achieved many outstanding results. Of which, 18 targets were exceeded and 6 targets were 100% completed. Before the merger, there were 2 communes achieving model NTM, 1 commune achieving advanced NTM and 1 commune completing 19/19 criteria for advanced NTM commune. Many works and infrastructures were invested and built synchronously; many digital transformation models, applying science and technology into life, contributing to promoting economic, cultural and social development.

Promoting the achieved results, in the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of Dinh Tan commune sets out 3 key tasks, 3 breakthroughs and important targets in various fields. Including 11 economic targets, 8 socio-cultural targets, 3 environmental targets, 1 national defense and security target, 2 Party building targets and striving to become a model commune by 2030. Among them are a number of key targets, such as: The average annual growth rate of total product value in the area reaches 11%. The average income per capita/year in 2030 reaches 103.1 million VND...

The Congress discussed, agreed and proposed solutions for each specific target, goal and task of the coming term, prioritizing breakthrough and key solutions in each field.

Comrade Dau Thanh Tung, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee gave a speech at the Congress.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Dau Thanh Tung, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged, commended and congratulated the achievements and results that the Party Committee, government and people of Dinh Tan commune achieved in the past term.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dau Thanh Tung suggested that in the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee, government and people of Dinh Tan commune continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, self-reliance, dynamism and creativity, excellently completing the goals, targets and tasks set by the Congress, actively contributing to the overall development of the province.

In particular, the Party Committee of Dinh Tan commune continues to strongly innovate leadership methods, promote the pioneering and exemplary role, quickly stabilize the organization, and build solidarity and unity within the entire Party Committee.

Review and implement systematically, scientifically and comprehensively the orientation, development and promulgation of the local 5-year socio-economic development plan for the period 2025 - 2030, in conjunction with proactively researching and proposing to competent authorities to consider adjusting, amending and supplementing the master plan and related sectoral and field plans. This is an important and key task to assess and fully synthesize the potential and strengths of each old commune, thereby developing a plan and choosing a scientific, focused and key direction; arranging and rationally using resources for comprehensive development, while forming key areas, creating outstanding competitive advantages for the new commune after the arrangement.

Continue to call for investment in building synchronous socio-economic infrastructure, especially transport and industrial infrastructure. Focus on renewing traditional growth drivers, while promoting new growth drivers, ensuring the completion of the target of an average annual growth rate of total product value in the area of 11% or more, contributing to the overall growth target of the province.

Strengthening the application of information technology, digital transformation, improving the operational efficiency of the Public Administration Service Center, effectively implementing the movement "Digital Education for All". Striving to make Dinh Tan commune one of the leading communes in the province in digital transformation.

Improve the quality of cultural and social activities, ensure social security, improve people's lives. Preserve and promote traditional cultural values; Strengthen national defense and security; maintain political stability, social order and safety.

Overview of the Congress

The Congress announced the Decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee appointing the Executive Committee, the Party Committee of the commune for the 2025-2030 term; the Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Chairman, Vice Chairman of the Party Committee Inspection Committee and the Party Committee Delegation to attend the 20th Provincial Party Congress and passed the Resolution of the Party Committee of the commune for the 2025-2030 term.

Comrade Vu Ngoc Thuong was appointed as Secretary of the Party Committee of Dinh Tan commune.
