The Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union has 36 grassroots trade unions with 9,362 union members/10,213 workers. During the past term, the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union effectively implemented 6 tasks, solutions and 16 main targets set by the 3rd Trade Union Congress. In particular, the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union actively participated with functional agencies in inspecting and supervising the implementation of legal policies at enterprises; coordinated with relevant agencies and units to promptly and thoroughly resolve 2 collective work stoppages. Thereby, timely intervention helped employees receive benefits when quitting or losing their jobs, receiving unemployment insurance and other benefits, and regularly reminded employees to strictly comply with legal regulations and enterprise regulations to protect themselves.

In addition, the union visited and supported over 13,600 workers in difficult circumstances with a total amount of nearly 9 billion VND. During the term, over 3,200 union members and workers benefited from the program "Welfare for union members and workers". 100% of the trade unions organized propaganda activities for over 90% of union members and workers. Many patriotic emulation movements were carried out among union members and workers, contributing to socio-economic development...

In the 2023 - 2028 term, the Provincial Industrial Park Trade Union sets a target of developing 2,500 union members and establishing 5 new grassroots unions; striving for 100% of state-owned trade unions, 55% of non-state-owned trade unions, and foreign-invested enterprises to meet the standards of strong grassroots unions; striving for 90% of units and enterprises in industrial parks to meet the conditions to establish trade unions. Every year, on average, 75% of female union members and workers and 85% of female collectives achieve the title of "Good at public work, good at housework". Over 80% of union members and workers are trained, propagandized, and disseminated the directives and resolutions of the trade union...

At the congress, Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation Dang Thi Thanh Hoa highly appreciated the achievements of the Provincial Industrial Park Trade Unions in the third term. At the same time, she said that in the next 5 years, production and business activities of enterprises in the industrial parks will still face many difficulties. Therefore, it is required that trade union organizations continue to strongly innovate the form and content of propaganda, education, and mobilization and attach importance to the function of caring for the lives, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers....

The Congress also listened to the sharing of the grassroots trade unions in the work of developing union members, building strong trade union organizations; implementing emulation movements; building Collective Labor Agreements; building harmonious and stable labor relations... At the same time, it discussed and synthesized comments on the draft report of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor, term X, to be submitted to the 11th Congress, term 2023 - 2028 and amending and supplementing the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.

The Congress elected the 4th Executive Committee consisting of 10 members. Mr. Tran Duy Thanh was re-elected as Chairman of the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union for the 2023-2028 term. The Congress also elected 6 delegates to attend the higher-level congress.
