For many years, May has been chosen as the peak month for organizing activities to care for union members and workers in all aspects, both materially, spiritually and healthily. The month has received deep attention from Party committees at all levels, authorities, employers, and the response of a large number of union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers, having a positive spreading effect throughout society. The country has gone through a difficult period, and now the country's economy is on the rise, along with that the material life of workers and laborers has been improved.

Looking back at the Workers' Month of previous years, it can be seen that the activities have been implemented by trade unions at all levels in a systematic manner, achieving relatively comprehensive results according to the proposed contents with themes suitable for implementation at the grassroots level. In particular, trade unions at all levels have organized activities that have been well received by a large number of union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers, and have received attention and support from Party committees, authorities, and employers.

Along with policies to support and encourage business development, improve the investment and business environment, the Party's policies and the State's policies on building the working class and improving the cultural and spiritual life of workers and laborers have been concretized and implemented by Party committees, authorities, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, achieving some positive results. Accordingly, the cultural and spiritual life of workers working in industrial parks and factories with a large number of workers and laborers in particular and workers and laborers in the province in general have gradually received more attention. The system of cultural institutions is gradually being completed, cultural and artistic activities, sports, entertainment, etc. for workers and laborers are organized more than before. Binh Thuan Labor Union currently has 10 district, town and city Labor Federations, 7 industry-level unions and 1 affiliated unit. With a sense of responsibility, trade unions at all levels in the province have organized many practical, exciting activities, focusing on the grassroots, creating a great spread in trade unions at all levels. All for the goal of always taking care of the material and spiritual life of workers and laborers. Taking care of the lives of workers and laborers is both a responsibility and a pride of the trade union. In particular, the program "Trade Union Shelter" received the consensus and response of many union members, laborers and the whole society. With the spirit of mutual love and affection, in recent years, trade unions at all levels in the province have also actively organized charitable activities, helping, supporting and caring for the lives of workers in difficult circumstances. These meaningful activities have left good impressions in the social community, affirming the role of trade unions in implementing the social security policies of the Party and State, contributing to enhancing the prestige and position of trade unions. With specific activities and efforts for the rights and practical interests of union members and workers, trade unions at all levels have brought joy and excitement to union members and workers, thereby helping them have more motivation to contribute their efforts and intelligence to build increasingly strong agencies, units and businesses.

The desire of the provincial leaders in the coming time is that trade unions, enterprises and all workers and laborers continue to join hands with the Party Committee and the provincial government to gradually change the economic growth model, strongly shift the economic structure, improve working conditions, limit occupational accidents, occupational diseases and take care of workers' health. In addition, enterprises continue to pay more attention to workers, from improving their skills to caring for their material and spiritual lives in order to build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises, contributing positively to the socio-economic development of the province. In particular, focusing on efforts to implement the targets set out in the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress, the programs and goals assigned by the Government and key solutions focusing on stabilizing the macro economy, ensuring social security, etc.
