Before he was 18 years old, young man Doan Xuan Luyen joined the guerrillas and was a clever and brave liaison officer, many times sneaking through bombs and bullets to deliver timely information to help the main force. In his memory, Bich Khe checkpoint is a place that left many deep memories of the days of digging tunnels, carrying ammunition, taking care of wounded soldiers, suffering from hunger and lack of water... Those difficult days forged in him the will and mettle of a revolutionary soldier. After the war ended, Mr. Luyen continued to take part in taking care of wounded and sick soldiers... After working in Bulgaria under a labor cooperation program, he returned home to start a business.

In 1999, with a few ox carts, a few construction materials and determination to start a business, CCB Doan Xuan Luyen established Trading Company No. 1. He traveled throughout the Central provinces to find sources of goods, expand the market, and gradually build trust with customers and partners. After more than 25 years, his company has become one of the typical enterprises in Quang Tri with 3 large factories specializing in the production of steel structures, fiber cement roofing sheets, foamed corrugated iron, purlins and a chain of retail stores in Nam Dong Ha ward, Dong Ha ward... The company creates stable jobs for more than 200 workers, fully implements social insurance, health insurance, builds party organizations, trade unions, youth unions, and the Association of CCB in the enterprise. With outstanding achievements, Director Doan Xuan Luyen was honored to be awarded the Second Class Resistance Medal, Third Class Labor Medal by the President...

Not only is he good at business , CCB Doan Xuan Luyen is also always dedicated to gratitude and social charity activities. In the period of 2019-2024, Trading Company No. 1 has contributed nearly 2 billion VND to social security programs, building gratitude houses, martyrs' memorials, supporting teachers in mountainous areas...
