Teachers attend training class.

Participating in the training course, 35 core teachers from vocational training institutions in the city were provided with information on life skills training trends; shared and practiced methods for developing specialized activities and training on life skills development for young people; and introduced the importance of applying social-emotional education in the journey of self-development.

Teachers were introduced to the role of growth mindset in developing life skills for young people; learned about diversity and respect for diversity in the working and teaching environment; concepts of gender equality and social inclusion; practices related to gender sensitivity in the working and teaching environment... Through that, teachers accumulated more useful knowledge and trained other lecturers and staff in the school on life skills, growth mindset, gender equality and social inclusion.
