City Resistance Prisoners Association gives gifts to members.

The City Association of Fine Arts coordinated with agencies and units to present gifts to officials and members in difficult circumstances with a total value of 74.8 million VND. The Association of Fine Arts in districts, towns and bases mobilized socialized 762 gifts, worth more than 319 million VND to take care of members to enjoy the New Year. The City Association of Fine Arts at all levels also coordinated with the Social Policy Bank to support 18 member families to borrow 530 million VND to do business; maintained 14 revolving interest-free capital contribution groups, with 137 participants contributing more than 200 million VND. In addition, the City Association of Fine Arts at all levels regularly visited members when they were sick, attended funerals when they passed away, etc.
