Le Thanh International Border Gate extends opening hours to 8:00 p.m. daily

At the meeting, after listening to the representative of the Le Thanh International Border Gate Customs Team and the Le Thanh International Border Gate Border Guard Station give a preliminary report on the implementation of the Border Gate management work in the past time, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan requested the Customs and Border Guard forces to immediately deploy and widely announce the daily opening time of the Border Gate to 20:00 (instead of 17:30 as before) to facilitate businesses and people to cross the Border Gate.

At the same time, functional units must be flexible, not rigid, not difficult, and create maximum conditions for businesses in customs clearance of goods.

Comrade Pham Anh Tuan suggested that functional units must change their mindset and coordinate closely with each other to promote border trade activities, so that Le Thanh International Border Gate can become vibrant again. For issues under their authority, the units must boldly resolve them; for issues under the authority of the Provincial People's Committee, they must promptly report them for consideration and direction.
