Delegates chaired the voter meeting

On the afternoon of March 28, the National Assembly Delegation of Long An province, including Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee , Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the province - Nguyen Thanh Hai; Deputy Director of the Provincial Center for Disease Control - Nguyen Hoang Uyen had a meeting with nearly 200 voters of Can Giuoc district before the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly.

Attending the event were Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Minh Lam, representatives of provincial departments, branches and local leaders.

The representative of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation reported on the expected content and program of the 9th Session of the National Assembly ; the results of the activities of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation from after the 8th Session to before the 9th Session; and the results of handling voters' opinions and recommendations.

Voters expressed consensus on implementing the policy of innovation and streamlining the political system's organizational apparatus to operate effectively, efficiently and effectively.

In addition, voters also expressed their opinions on “suspended” projects that affect the lives and rights of the people; the construction of houses in the planning area; and policies for the elderly. In addition, voters suggested considering a common set of textbooks for students of the same grade level nationwide.
