In the context of the 4.0 industrial revolution and the digital transformation trend, CDS is an important part of the national digital transformation process. The Cao Bang CDS platform is deployed to improve management efficiency, make administrative processes transparent and create favorable conditions for people and businesses. This is one of the priority tasks to be implemented according to the Provincial Digital Transformation Project to 2025, with a vision to 2030.

The Vietnam Farmers' Digital Platform (Vietnam Farmers' App) was launched by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union (VFU) and put into use in December 2023 at the 8th National Congress of the VFU, term 2023 - 2028. After nearly 1 year of implementation, to date, the Vietnam Farmers' Digital Platform has attracted over 2 million cadres, members and farmers to participate; in the province, there are over 13,000 cadres, members and farmers who have installed, activated and used the digital platform.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Xuan Anh affirmed: Although the socio-economic conditions are still difficult, with political determination, innovation and creativity, the province has focused on directing the promotion of digital transformation in a comprehensive and comprehensive manner on all three pillars: digital government, digital economy, digital society. In which, digital society includes: digital citizens, digital connections and digital culture, initially achieving some positive results.

The digital platforms announced at the ceremony will form an interactive channel between people, businesses and the government through applications on mobile devices; create favorable conditions for people and businesses to easily access and perform online public services; help people send feedback, suggestions and recommendations to the government via smartphones in the fastest and simplest way to be received and resolved promptly. Thereby, people can monitor, interact and evaluate the level of satisfaction with the results of handling feedback of each agency. At the same time, the Vietnam Farmers' platform is a tool for operating, managing, connecting, improving the quality and efficiency of the Association's work and the farmers' movement; applying digital technology in the activities of the Farmers' Association in the period of 2024 - 2028.

Propose that provincial departments, branches, sectors, unions, district and commune People's Committees, telecommunications units and enterprises, business associations, and press agencies promote information, propaganda, and widespread dissemination of the two platforms to agencies, organizations, each cadre, party member, association member, and all people to know and respond to participate.

Assign tasks to the Department of Information and Communications and request the Provincial People's Committee to set specific goals and targets for the number of installations in agencies, organizations and localities; provide specific instructions on how to install and use the platforms so that everyone can easily access and use them. During the operation process, focus on quality assessment, continue to improve technology, and perfect features so that people and businesses can truly benefit from public services.

At the ceremony, delegates performed the button-pressing ceremony to launch the digital platforms: Cao Bang Digital Citizen and Vietnamese Farmers. This event marks a turning point in the application of digital technology; affirming the province's commitment to building a digital economic and digital social platform, meeting the sustainable development needs of the province.

On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee launched a campaign to guide the installation and use of digital platforms throughout the province, with the core force being Community Digital Transformation Teams to guide and support people in installing and using digital platforms and digital technology with the motto of "going to every alley, knocking on every door, guiding every person"./.
