Announcement of detailed planning for the investment project to build Phuoc Tan main border gate

Representative of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board presented the Decision approving the detailed planning project of the Provincial People's Committee to the leader of Ninh Dien commune.

Attending the event were leaders of Tay Ninh Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, Phuoc Tan Border Guard Station, Phuoc Tan main border gate customs, representatives of Ninh Dien commune government and related households.

At the ceremony, the representative of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board announced the detailed planning of the Phuoc Tan main border gate construction investment project. Accordingly, the detailed planning project was approved by the Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 1641/QD-UBND, dated August 1, 2025.

The detailed planning area for project investment implementation is located in Ninh Dien commune, within the scope of Phuoc Tan main border gate. The North and South border agricultural land and border patrol road; the West borders Svay Rieng province, Kingdom of Cambodia.

Detailed planning of Phuoc Tan main border gate construction investment project

The planning scale for project implementation covers an area of 20.78 hectares within the scope of Phuoc Tan Main Border Gate, including functional areas: Administrative agencies; joint control station; border control station; square, ceremonial yard; import and export land; reserve land for development; traffic land.

The landscape architectural space has a reasonable layout of functional areas, ensuring service radius, regulations on planning of functional areas of the main land border gates. Phuoc Tan border gate area is organized according to the model of lines and points combined with the main axis of Provincial Road 781. This is the area that creates the image of the border gate area with symbolic works, the image of a modern border gate area.

The project covers an area of 20.78 hectares within the scope of Phuoc Tan Main Border Gate.

In addition, the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board also announced land use planning, detailed statistics of functional land lots; economic - technical indicators, social infrastructure; planning of technical infrastructure systems, leveling - rainwater drainage, traffic systems; planning of power supply, wastewater drainage and environmental sanitation, communication systems; strategic environmental assessment, investment divergence.

In Decision No. 1641/QD-UBND, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board to organize the announcement of the project and implement the project; the Department of Construction is fully responsible, and at the same time inspects and supervises the investor in deploying and implementing, ensuring compliance with the approved planning and current legal regulations./.
