The delegation visited and presented gifts to comrades: Major General Vu Hong Quang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; former Director of the Provincial Police; Major General Be Ngoc Bau, former Director of the Provincial Police; Colonel Nguyen Van Hong, Chairman of the Association of Former People's Police Officers, former Director of the Provincial Police ; Colonel Nong Minh Duc, former Deputy Director of the Provincial Police; Colonel Mai Xuan Tu, former Deputy Director of the Provincial Police.
On behalf of the Party Committee and the leaders of the Provincial Police, the comrades in the delegation expressed their deep gratitude for the dedication and contributions of previous generations of leaders in the cause of protecting national security, maintaining social order and safety, and building an increasingly disciplined, elite, and modern Provincial Police force.
