Relatives said that about 10 days ago, D. was bathing in a stream and possibly got a leech in his nose.

Doctors recommend that people, especially children, be careful when bathing in streams to avoid parasites entering the body through the nose and mouth. When there are unusual health symptoms, people should go to a medical facility for timely diagnosis and treatment.
