Hanoi Police Club recruits Vietnamese-origin player to play in England

According to Tuoi Tre Online , Hanoi Police Club and Brandon Ly have completed the negotiation process and this Vietnamese-origin player will join the police team before the 2025-2026 season.

"All paperwork has been prepared by all three parties, just waiting for some minor terms in the contract to be completed before being sent to Brandon's side," the source said.
