The People's Committee of Long An province has issued a Project to implement the Program on developing high-tech agriculture associated with restructuring the agricultural sector in the province for the period 2021-2025.

Up to now, in general, cadres, party members and people have deeply recognized the meaning and importance of applying high technology to agricultural production, aiming to reduce product costs, increase productivity and profits, improve people's lives, and contribute to creating people's trust in the Party's policies and the State's laws and policies.

Implementing this project also helps rural infrastructure to be invested in upgrading and expanding. Many rural roads have been invested in construction, intra-field canals have been dredged, electricity works and pumping stations have been built, creating favorable conditions for high-tech agricultural production. Resources have been mobilized in implementation to develop agriculture and rural areas.

In 2025, Long An province will focus on implementing and exceeding the targets of the Project to implement the Program on developing high-tech agriculture associated with restructuring the agricultural sector in the period 2021-2025.
